I’m surprised that the intellectual property rights for all of the material produced by all of the national projects does not automatically belong to the ODPM. I would have thought this was a rudimentary issue to get all suppliers to sign to.

Can’t think to write properly - have developed some hideous skin condition and am beginning to look like the Singing Detective. Watching rugby in the snow and sleet by the north coast yesterday didn’t seem to help much either.
