I am trying to book a holiday apartment in Koln for a weeks holiday. I have had zero success with this and I’m wondering how the proliferation of ‘holiday’ and ‘holiday related’ websites manage to survive. Most are absolutely rubbish. Some local authority websites are mile ahead of these. So maybe e-gov is beginning to impact?
