… and I know this is old news, but 10 out of 10 for this article about the costs of mobile phones .

I have recently tried to understand the various tariffs, costs and services provided by mobile phone companies and gave up. All I know is the d*rn thing costs what I consider to be a small fortune, despite the fact that I rarely seem to use it. How do people manage to afford to spend hours on the bus or the train talking cr*p?
