Daily Mirror leads the way…
I found a copy of the Daily Mirror on the train home last night and it had this tale of woe about call centres .
The examples of bad service are from the private sector, so much for it being better than public service provision…what hope the health service given the new plans to privatise, I mean (rinse mouth out with soap) ‘offer choice’.
As someone pointed out, quality is a better service to offer than choice.
