e-Government is certainly generating plenty of work for me… in the sense of having to try to combat faceless electronic bureaucracies that are pouring letters and plastic cards at me.

Not content with sending me a dozen or so letters last Saturday (I presume they are all the same, the first 5 or 6 were), the Inland Revenue has send me another dozen or so again today.

I thought applying for the new EHIC card was a great idea; until I received another four in the post today, all with different variations of my surname…
