finally after years of using it, I get round to the advance search of Google. Only want .gov.uk domains, only want PDFs, only want pages updated in past six months, only want exact term “ICT Strategy”…and I still get over 15,000 results. But there are only just over 400 local authorities in the uk…

what is going to be done about this search conundrum?
