At least it’s consistent - it’s been like this for months. I would email them to point it out but i) it’s still not finished loading in the time I’ve done this blog entry and ii) on the page I’m currently on - http://www.localegovnp.org/default.asp?sID=1095089680078 - there is no obvious contact point. Like an email? phone number???
