Which bit of ‘organisation’ ‘communication’ ‘using new technologies to create efficiencies’ don’t they understand? All of it apparantly.

What’s of great interest here is that despite the endless repetition of the mantra ‘culture change’ (translated in some cases to - ‘you’re getting the sack’), central government just do not understand the culture of the internet. Otherwise this shockingly lacksadaisical way that they carry on would not continue.

If anyone wants to save the tax payer some money and leverage real efficiences they should start by removing some over paid people that the government seem so willing to employ.
