Oh, so it doesn’t really matter because it only happened in 0.03% of cases affecting 2.700 people. But again, it’s the *attitude*. Would it be acceptable to get medical records muddled up in 0.03% of the time? Or what about ‘terrorist threats’? Sorry, we shot the wrong person because their data looked a bit like the person we really wanted to blast.
