Well, there are no clues whatsoever as it has not a smidgen of metadata.

Question 1: How much has it cost in time and money to organise all the various metadata events and development work over the past five years?

Question 2: What was the point when an organisation tasked with helping councils to ‘implement e-government’ can’t be bothered to practice what they preach?

Question 3: How do we calculate the efficiencies this has undoubtedly produced?
