I’ve just emailed 135 councils asking for the contact details of the lead e-government officer. Fairly straightforward?

The full results will be posted in a week or two. But again, some very curious responses. In one of the responses, the header of the email has this:

FW: [Maybe spam 79%] egov and transformation

What on earth does that mean?

Or this one….’the gentleman you need to contact is…’ very nostalgic - but does anyone use that language anymore? I actually quite like it because it’s so eccentric.
