Many white collar workplaces are becoming email based organisations - although in many case the email is completely out of control. As the price of computing hardware continues to fall, and with the growth of wi-fi networks (although this is still very unsatisfactory - more on this tomorrow), is it possible that email will increasingly replace the mobile phone as a means of communication?
