There needs to be a clear definition of spam. There is obviously a difference between sending someone an email because they have indicated they would like to hear from you; and people sending dozens of emails about various body part enlargements and which is the best online phWmrscy (funny how we all know what that word is, regardless of how its spelt).

But how to deal with people who don’t understand the difference?
