This is worth noting - www.surgeworks.com/resources - it shows the user what the most popular search terms are on that particular site.

I also like the fact that they have a template library - http://www.surgeworks.com/?c=guides - which shows the user what they will presumably use in a project but also allows the user to develop their own specific templates based on these.

Would be very interested to know if any local authorities have i) introduced cloud tags on their search engines and ii) have made templates publicly available (or even on the intranet).
