Poor borough, big offices
I am really perplexed as to why one of Britian’s poorest borough’s has office space in what are presumably expensive offices?
It’s Number One London Bridge, the council is Southwark and the outsourcing company is Liberata. No-one could tell me exactly what the relationship between the council, the building and the outsourcing company actually is. I can feel a freedom of information request coming on.,..
