Out of control
There are now more CCTV cameras in the UK (is the UK or just in England?) than George Orwell predicted in 1984.
The photograph shows a sign inside a bus shelter on the A167 between Darlington and Durham.
The quality of the photo is poor as it was taken from car while waiting in traffic jam.
