I think in general great care needs to be taken in letting off steam on the internet, either on blogs, email or I suppose using SKYPE to explode on the phone. So this is as restrained as I can be.

One interesting aspect of this is the whole relationship between technology and productivity. I’m beginning to wonder how much productivity ‘gains’ delivered by technology are offset by the poor quality of some of that technology?

The new version of Office Word (which I have completely stopped using in favour of Open Office) and now Vista have caused me more lost hours in the past few weeks than anything else I can think of.
